That's a Dell OEM version which is a cut down and modified version and there may be conflict with iTunes.

You would be better contacting Dell Tech Support on that

Hi PBRyan,

You may want to try this article to see if it helps your drive recognition:

Resolving General Burning Issues

While the title is for burning issues, it offers lots of advice for making sure that your drive is recognized and ready to go.

If you still have issues after applying the article steps, contact Dell as they may have specific driver updates for your system via your computer's Service Tag to resolve the issue. Roxio doesn't maintain the drivers for your computer's hardware or OS and any software updates to the software are offered through Dell for the DE version of Creator.

Thanks,

Jon

You may want to search the Apple support forums for drive not recognized problems. There is a fix available for the upper and lower filters in the registry. The fix may work but it could leave you with Roxio having to be reinstalled. I had a similar problem with VISTA and EMC 9 and ended up reinstalling the OS. Then, I carefully reinstalled all of the software. Try removing iTunes first and see if that helps.

You'll have to go to Dell for support for thier version of Roxio.
