No Video Options Will Launch

Philly Big Daddy

Question

:angry2: I have spent an entire day and night. First trying to install, then unistall. Then Clean install. Tech Support on Phone Twice, 2 calls at least 30mins hold each time.

I finally got it to install.

Now it will not launch any Video options. Say loading when you choose them, but nothing happens.

Data works, Audio Works (As far as opening i mean)

Classic, Edit video, make dvd, all do not launch.

Every few clicks i again get the certificate missing error AGAIN!

I do not have the time or ability to reinstall, clean install, unistall, etc.

Is this fixable, in a reasonable amount of time?

Will I be spending all weekend trying to get a $100 program to work PROPERLY, or at all??

I am running an HP Dv6406nr Notebook, AMD 64x2 4 gigs ram, 64 bit Vista :angry2:Home Premium.

Any real help, thank you in advance.

Big

What video chip do you have? Have you updated the drivers for that chip/card? Have you updated DirectX10?

Can you open Video Wave from the Windows Start Programs menu?
