Dvd Express

DaveN

Question

Hi, I just purchased Roxio Easy CD & DVD burning. When I go into DVD Express to copy the contents of a DVD the program locks up and will not respond. This happens after I choose which files I want to add to the project. After selecting the items I want the hourglass comes up and nothing else happens. The only way I can close it out is to pull up the task manager and end the program that way. The error message I got was:

szAppName : RoxWizardLauncher9.exe szAppVer : 9.0.5.89

szModName : hungapp szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

Here is the info on my system:

More problems.

I just tried to burn a music CD and everything seemed to be going fine until I got an error message saying I had a "power calibration area error, medium error".

Is it possible that the burner I have is simply messed up?

Thanks,

Dave
