Hi, I just purchased Roxio Easy CD & DVD burning. When I go into DVD Express to copy the contents of a DVD the program locks up and will not respond. This happens after I choose which files I want to add to the project. After selecting the items I want the hourglass comes up and nothing else happens. The only way I can close it out is to pull up the task manager and end the program that way. The error message I got was:
