As of 12/14/2009, I have not yet received a response to my issue from Roxio.. The problem I'm having is, when I install Roxio, it will almost get to finish, and then it starts "Rolling Back", in other words, it is uninstalling the program and it will say "Setup was interrupted". I installed Windows Vista, and this is when I started having problems, so it looks like, it is not compatable to Windows Vista, but Support won't or is unable to respond to my request for help on this issue. Anyone out there had this problem? If so, how was it corrected if any.. Thanks for any help out there..
