Dots and long extensions cause lock up in Roxio Creator Classic - Hangs under Vista Ultimate 64bit.
Try this one on Vista Ultimate 64 bit for lock up,
Create a file with a longer than expecte file extension say, boot.catalog and try adding it to the CD in the version of Roxio Creator Classic with running Vista Ultimate 64bit.
Instant hang, the only way of getting out of Roxio Classic is to use the task manager and end the process, Creator11.exe*32.
Roxio Creator 2009 also locks up on Vista Ultimate 64bit if you leave its start up menu running with out doing anything for more than 2.5 hours, you have to close it and restart it.
This is Roxio Creator 2009
Version 1.1.110 SP1; 4.50.05a
Build 111B10E, R03 411B33A, C11
OS,
Operating System: Windows Vista 64-bit
Version: 6.0 Service Pack 1
System architecture: AMD CPU Family:15, Model:2, Stepping:3 with MMX, SSE Integer, SSE FP, SSE2
Physical processor count: 4
RAM 16GB (But Roxio is only 32 bit so gets 4GB)
Its not just this machine, I've tried it on a couple of other machines with Intel 64bit and less memory....
