This is a user forum and generally everyone here is willing to help. If you tell us what kind of problem you are having with a specific program then perhaps "the collective" users can help you. Also, let us know what you PC specs are including your video card.

I agree with the assessment of Roxio Help. They are currently ignoring my request for support. I don't see any way to recommend dealing with a company that doesn't stand behind their customers. More speciffically, I recommend that all who can get a refund and buy something from a company that does value it's customers
