I have Creator Suite 10, running XP SP 2, Firefox as default browser, IE 6 as other browser.
I upgraded to Suite 10, and every time I go to run Video Wave I get (what appears to be) the common error of:
The Following Codec(s) must be activated before using the application" "MPEG-2" Click OK to activate.
followed by:
No permission - Bad Installation
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times.
I've done the suggested clean install twice now.
I've even tried uninstalling everything, reinstalling Roxio EasyCD Creator Version 6 and then reinstalling Suite 10 on top of that to no avail.
Is there any sort of patch to fix this or sure fire way?
My firewall is also deactivated.
After purchasing this product, how the heck does this get activated? Roxio tech support was of no use. I'm thinking we should all band together to launch a class-action to get our money back for a product that doesn't work.
