Toast 10 Blu-ray Dupe Problem

Toast 10 did a great job of converting a 1080 HD file of a clients commercials to a Blu-ray (on a regular DVD) that plays just fine a my Panasonic BD deck.

The client requested 6 copies so I placed it in the Discmakers duplication stack (7 hardrives used to dupe DVDs) and the disk was rejected as a source to copy from.

I know theres no copy protection involved with this original spot cut on FCP, so is this a limitation of the Discmaster duplication system?
