ChristopherBurning
I'm trying to burn content to a DVD, I just purchased Creator Ultimate (which I think I will be returning as it doesn't seem to work) I'm trying to burn 4GB of data to a DVD, data consists of MP3s in several directories. Sequence as follows: 1) Launch Creator Ultimate 2009 2) Select Burn Data Disk Advanced 3) Select the folders I want to add to the disk and push the 'ADD' button 4) 'Adding files to the Project List' dialog box comes up, and after a few files it freezes at some random point - waiting hours does nothing. 5) Hitting the cancel button causes a confirmation box to show: 'Are you sure you want to stop adding files to the project?' 6) Saying yes causes Roxio Creator Classic to crash. This is Vista with all current updates. Basic function - no luck. How do I return this junk?

This is a users forum, and we are just users of the software. If you got it from a store, like Best Buy, take it back to them.

C2009 works just fine for me when burning data files to a DVD Have you considered that there is something wrong with the files you are trying to burn? Try first burning to an image file to see if that is successful.
