Only if you have Creator 2009 with the Blueray plugin or Creator 2009 Ultimate which includes the plugin. There is an option for AVCHD on standard DVD. HOWEVER, these disc are burned in the Blueray format and can only be read by a Blueray Player or Bluray software. These discs CAN NOT be read by WinXP without a special driver. Vista can read read the discs fine with Blueray software player like Cineplayer 5 included in Creator 2009.

 

The only other way to burn hidef files to standard DVDs is burning the files as DATA. As far as I know, there are only a few regular DVD players that will play back HD WMV files and/or DivxHD.
