Download Of Toast 10 Doesn't Work

Hi. I purchased Toast 10 Pro as a download. I downloaded it as two archives and when I attempted to unarchive them they gave me an error. Now I paid all that money and have nothing to show for it. Seems to me that I should be able to download them again but there seems to be no way to do it.

There should be a link in the confirmation email to where it can be downloaded. If you continue to have problems getting a usable download then you need to contact Roxio customer support. That should also be noted in the confirmation email.
