Easy Vhs To Dvd Service Pack

When I try to download the service pack from the Roxio web site, all I get is "default.htm", which is not the service pack. If I try to check for updates from the Easy VHS to DVD program (Help > check for updates), I get an "Error 13003, Version not registered with FLEXnet connect". I bought the program in order to make copies of LP's, and have yet to have an audio signal come through to the program....John

Scroll up to Support – Software Updates and give it another try.

 

After you get the SP applied, if you are still having trouble by all means post your problem here! Include your PC specs and as much detail as you can.

I still have the same problem...any idea when the server will be back up? I've had this problem for at least several days!

I tried it just now and it worked fine for me.

I just tried again with antivirus and firewall off, still just get "default.htm", although for a fraction of a second the correct file name is shown, then changes to default.htm.

Sounds like you may have something set in your browser blocking the downloading of .ZIP files.

 

Try using Firefox instead of IE.

 

You could also try deleting your browser's cache.
