Confirm Before Delete Of Source Media During Disc Copy

I use Toast a lot to make backups of my Mac install discs in case they get damaged.

Sometimes I have troubles with the discs or on one occasion I stuck a reg DVD instead of a DVD DL in the slot and it cancelled and deleted the source disc. Also, sometimes I decide after I start making 1 copy that I would have preferred to have made 2 which means now I have to reload the source 2x times.

It takes a long time sometimes to save the source media to a buffer file and I would prefer that I get a Pop asking me if I am done and want to delete the source media or continue to make additional copies.. Worst case, it should delete the file upon normal exit of the program as a safeguard.

Any other experiences or opinions?
