Burning Blu-ray

BenNovello

Question

Hi,

I'm a mac user and upgraded to Tosat 10 Titanium Pro and HD & Blu-ray Plug In,

When I launch the Toast 10 Pro app. insert a BD-R /BD-RE disc, my mac won't read it,

just eject the BD and the app. won't burn any media to the BD-R / BD-RW.

Does any Toast 10 Pro User happened somethings like this ?

Or, am I missing any steps to burn the Blu-ray Disc ?

iMac Profile : Mac OSX 10.5.6 / 4G 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM

OPTIARC DVD RW AD-5630A:

Firmware Revision: 1AHM

Interconnect: ATAPI

Burn Support: Yes (Apple Shipping Drive)

Cache: 2048 KB

Reads DVD: Yes

CD-Write: -R, -RW

DVD-Write: -R, -R DL, -RW, +R, +R DL, +RW

Write Strategies: CD-TAO, CD-SAO, CD-Raw, DVD-DAO

Thanks in advance for your answer

Your system specs suggest that you do not have a BluRay burner/drive. You cannot burn Bluray discs with a regular DVD burner.

Hope this helps.
