I have reinstalled numerous times Roxio Easy media Creator 9. The cd key has always been accepted until now it is rejected. I can not reinstall. There is a alternate universal Cd key that I had but lost does anyone have it?. I understand Tech Support no longer supports EMC9 Is that true?.

Go here and double check on the key (you will need to log in with e-mail and password)

Thanks and I did that. The CD key is the same as the one I have used before and am using now it still will not be ACCEPTED. ANY OTHER THOUGHTS?

You can try a clean install - that might work.

 

No-one here can supply a key (none of us work for Roxio). You could try Customer Services instead of Tech Support and see if they can help

 

Check btw you didn't confuse 0 with O, B for 8 and l for 1 (done that myself a few times )
