I recently bought a new Everio GZ-MS100 memory camcorder that uses SDHC memory to store videos. It has a USB2 interface, and it records video in MOV format and audio in MOI (I think-I'm new to this). When I launch Roxio Creator Premier 9 (not 2009), it doesn't recognize the camera as an input device. I can browse using Windows Explorer to the camera, and find the MOV and MOI files, but the software doesn't see them.
Any help would be appreciated. If I have to upgrade to 2009, that's not a problem, but the help files in Creator 9 say it supports the MOV format.
