Digitize Lps And Tapes Convertion

The program reconized the USB 2861 device from drop down audio "capture from". However, no sound was detgected by the program and recording was not able to do. All the connection was proper. I could convert to digital on one cassette and entirely disable afterward. Use the same coputer and the same connection. Suggestion please....thanks

If you were able to do "one cassette", what have you changed since then?
