Didn't Get One Of The Installation Disc

I purchased this product, but I didn't get it in its original box and I'm missing one of the installation disc, which is the Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition DVD.

 

I have created a ticket and no one has responded, I have also tried to call but i couldn't talk to someone.

 

Is there a technical support live chat ?

 

Can some one help me with this please!

 

I will apreciate any help on what to do about this issue.

If the disc is a DVD, there is probably only 1 disc. Did you have problems with the installation?

Why would you post in the '> Roxio Community > Other Applications > Easy VHS to DVD" forum then?

 

It says in the instructions that there's supposed to be 2 discs and I only got one(Roxio Video Capture USB Driver CD.

 

Call customer service, as was suggested, in the am.

Yes, they send the stuff in a FedEX package, but not in the original box

Well that's odd, but ...

 

It sounds like you didn't get everything you paid for, but you will need to talk to customer service to get that missing disc. This forum is a user forum; nobody here can send you a disc or give you a download link re: the program.

This isn't making any sense…

 

The Special Edition is not sold or even mentioned on the Roxio web site! It is only available through Sam's Club & Costco.

 

Laura is either mistaken about it being the Special Edition or she did not order it from the Roxio store.

 

Roxio would never package and send something out as Laura has described.

 

I'm calling BS on this thread!
