greenjeans
I need some help, too. I was on this site about 1 1/2 years ago, and got a lot of help, including a download of a service pack for Creator 2009. After several more uninstalls and reinstalls, things were working great until a few days ago when I had to revert to a previous state of my WindowsVista. Since then, the files I am converting from MTS and M2TS into hi-def 1080i mpgs on VideoWave (Creator2009) have been converting instead to 720x480 , and my resulting m2ts files (when I use MyDVD to burn files instead of a DVD) are not playing back properly in SonyPMB or in Creator 2011 on my Windows 7 computer. Now I find no place on Roxio to upgrade to any service pack for Creator 2009. I don't know if SP2 is even still installed on my computer. Creator 2011 does not do many things 2009 did up until a week ago, which is why I have still been using it. Please help because it took me a long time to figure out how to download my Sony hi-def MTS files and manipulate them to come out with a hi-def picture on a "standard" DVD. Friends are awaiting their loved one's memorial service, and I am grieving, too. Thank you! Greenjeans

Sp4 contains all updates from previous Service Packs. http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/c2009/software_updates.html
greenjeans
Thank you grandpabruce! It turns out it was SP4 I had and still have, so don't know what's gone wrong with the program. I may just have to uninstall and reinstall again. There are constantly problems between Creator 2009 and SonyPMB, but since I need to use both to get the results I get, I put up with them. Thank you again. Greenjeans
