Cineplayer 2.2

Question

Hi,

When I try to play back any DVD I am getting the error saying 'There was an error initializing the video stream'.

I have updated the drivers and firmware of the DVD player, I have updated DirectX and reinstalled the whole Roxio package.

It is a HP DC7600 computer with a HP Lightscribe DVD drive.

It can read the DVD drive fine within Windows Explorer.

This is happening to another 60 desktops that have recently been distributed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

He might represent a company or a school that bought volume licenses of CinePlayer 2.2 and just deploy it to all the computers... but I guess either you cared him off or he gor the issue fixed from somewhere :)
