Don't Work - No Info

I'm having the same problem. I tried Creator2009 on two machines. Both hang on Roxio start up.

I get a not responding error in device manager and cpu usage is at 0%. Both machine are running xp sp2 and over 2gig processors and DDR. Never had this problem with any other software.

If you go through the Start Menu can you get Creator Classic to run?

 

I've installed it on 2, XP machines and one Vista… They work???

 

Give us some details, concentrate on one PC, and hopefully we can get you up and running!

Ok i was running nero 8. add had no problems. When i installed roxio creator 2009 the computer started freezing up. I wanted to upgrade to a Sata Hard drive anyway so I installed a new 350gig hard drive, installed xp sp/2, all of the chipset drives and then installed roxio creator 2009. the machine ran fine up until the roxio installation. DDR is 2gig of ram. Now if you click on the application either from the start menu or from the short cuts it freezes the machine for about two minutes then starts.

You better make a phone call to Tech Support, there is defiantly something out of whack with your disc/PC…

 

Even without the SP3 (for Creator) applied I have never heard of that happening in the 4 months it has been out.
