Missing Msi Files

I need help. I recently purchased Easy CD & DVD Burning and after I've installed and removed several times, I still have an error every time I start the program. When I open it, it says searching for Easy CD & DVD Burning.msi files. I put back in the disc but it can't find the file. Help. Can support e-mail me a copy of that file or give me a contact phone number? HELP!

It appears my computer doesn't want to read or open any msi files. Is there any help out there for this problem?

Have you called 1-800-656-5443 ?

 

Not sure if you bought from Roxio or, if you did not, whether that number will help if you bought from a third party vendor.
