Roxio Video Capture Usb Help

Hi

does anyone know where to go on the roxio web site to chat live with technical support? i can not find it. i need help with roxio video capture usb trying to transfer video from vhs tapes to dvd. i have everything hooked up right. from what i see from the pictures from this link. when i get to capture device step the drop down menu does not get any cheese to choice from.

Of course, it will only show as an option during their regular business hours, which is something like 9am - 5pm (pst i think)

First, what you have in the header is all that should be there. Now, state what help you need. What are you trying to do?

Sounds like the USB device driver is not installed or not installed properly.

when i installed it i got found new hardware usb capture device the software for this device has been successfully installed. on the capture device it still will not give me a cheese to choice from.
