Capture Video - Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!

Bigcatgatto

Question

I have sucessfully captured video from my MiniDV camcorder through the Creator 2009 supplied USB capture adapter. All of a sudden when trying to run Capture Video i get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error. Message states, "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information." Of course, I submit a ticket and wait for what I'm guessing will be the canned response...update drivers (done), update DirectX (done), supplied PC specs (see below). Any suggestions other than the agonizing reinstall which I've already done twice? Thanks in advance.
