This crash and system re-start happens everytime I try to use Back up My PC to save pictures or files to cd. Does anyone know why??

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Thanks

Jim Williams

I don't know why it would unless your computer doesn't have the horses, or it needs maintenance.

Why are you not using Creator Classic to back up those files? If you are just saving pictures or files to a CD, then BUMP is the wrong program to use.

My system has alll of the horsepower it needs. I am now having a problem with the creation of a Disk label and cover for an audio disk to disk. The disk is copied correctly and works everywhere, but as soon as I try to do a label, the program hangs. I believe that I need to download my software and re-install again.

Thanks for your help though. Much appreciated.

If you downloaded the software once, then you should still have it. Burn it to a DVD.

Post your specs here. I think that there could be a problem with the video card.
