How interesting. Mine does exactly the same thing, but you can add that the photo suite won't launch. Have reported it to customer service but have gotten no reply. Per chance do you have another program on your computer that makes labels that could be interfering?

The reply they sent me after two tries was to visit these discussion sites....I had used Roxio software (5, 7) in the past, this is the worst technical support I have ever received for a product that I had an issue on the same day it was purchased. I believe they know they have a bug, but do not know how to fix it.

I currently have another label maker now, since I can not get the Roxio one to work.

I have an open ticket on the service site about this vary thing that has been there since January. It has gone supposedly to second tier service people but as yet have gotten no response. The orginal guys were as helpful as they could have been. I think you are right about the bug! I also have used Roxio 5 and 7 in the past.

Before someone tells me to do a clean install. I have done 5 of them!!! and even sent a copy of the system summary as I was asked. No response.

I also have another label maker and another photo program since these don't work!

What is the error message? Can you run any of the other programs in the suite?

Label Creator has stopped working "A problem caused the program to stop working properly. Windows will close the program and will notify you of a solution if available.

Media Manager does not launch.

CinePlayer launches ok

Back on Track launches ok

Creator Classic launches ok

Videowave launches ok

Photo suite launches ok

Sound editor launches ok

The only thing to try when one program doesn’t work is a Clean Install… See the pined post at the top of the forum for the link.
