I downloaded mine last night and its already crashed 4 times. Not real happy with it. I forwarded the error response to Microsoft and their response identified the problem as the software downloaded from Roxio - Creator 2009. When I looked at the responses to your similar complaint, all I found was some smug idiots that picked at nits but never answered the question. They may be 'Tech Gurus' but, they're useless in trying to solve the problem. I still haven't heard from Roxio Tech yet. I may cancel my cc charge and give them back their program.

If you feel all the volunteers with experience who try to help you here are "smug idiots" then you probably won't benefit from their advice.

 

In that case you probably should return the program.
