Hope someone here can help. I have the boxed version of Creator 2009 Special Edition (installed SP3) which came with Roxio Video Capture USB device. I am running the software on a new Dell XPS 420 with Core 2 Duo proc and 4GB Ram, 2TB HDD (RAID 0 - 2 x 1TB HDD), Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit) with SP1. Everything seems to be installed properly and in the viewing box I can see the video and it says "ready to capture", however the "capture now" button is greyed out and even after a reboot. Any ideas?
