Mt Dvd 9 (roxio Creator Premier)

The program won't start when I do the following

 

1. Click on the icon

2. Go to start menu and click the program

3. Go to start menu and right click the program then choose open or run as adminstrator.

 

I was going to uninstall and reinstall, but I have 2 disks from Dell;

1. Roxio Creator & MyDVD 9.0 DE

2. Roxio Creator & MyDVD 9.0 Premier

 

My questions are

1. Any idea why the program won't start or how I can fix it?

2. Do I install both disks and which one do I iinstall first?

Since the Roxio programs were included with your Dell computer (assumption) then your best bet is to contact Dell tech support and let them help you. The Roxio programs that Dell includes with their computers is a "watered down" version of the full program offered by Roxio.
