Express Labeler

Express Labeler was working fine until today when I tried to open it. I am receiving the following error - Express Labeler has encountered a problem and needs to close. Error signature AppName: stax.exe ModName: dwwin.dll. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? The only difference since last used was I installed Norton 360. I do have Logitech SPEAKERS not keyboard or mouse from what I have seen only Logitech keyboard and mouse drivers have been causing a problem to Express Labeler.

 

CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO FIX THIS? I HAVE GONE EVERYWHERE I CAN THINK OF TO RESOLVE THIS WITH NO SUCCESS. DO NOT FIND ROXIO SUPPORT OR HELP TO BE VERY EASY OR HELPFUL.

Look at what is bolded. I think you found your problem.

As suggested, Norton 360 is notorious for screwing up other programs. Disable it (if that is an option) and see if that doesn't fix your problem. The other Symantec "Norton" security programs can be disabled, but I'm not sure if Norton 360 can.
