I followed all of the instructions you sent and I still get the same error when I try to start "Roxio Creator has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have now tried to install the software 3 times without success. I've been very patient but your software does not seem to be worth the trouble. Do you have any other suggestions? If you do not I want my money refunded. How can you sell software that does not even install properly. Is their a number I can call to talk to support?

and attempt reinstallation again under the newly created account. You can then access the program from your normal account.
You are advised to temporarily disable internet security software before attempting installation of Creator 2009
Note that having your virus checker and/or software firewall disabled when connected to broadband Internet via DSL or cable modem is not recommended; if you disable your virus checker, you should also temporarily disable your internet connection.
