Anybody know where to find (and how to open) the menu images stored somewhere(!) on Blu-ray discs? (Rather like the VIDEO_TS.VOB file on a DVD?) This is NOT a protected, commercially-pressed BD, rather a Toast 10-burned BD-R(E).
I've tried opening all sorts of files on a BD, with all sorts of applications, but nothing gives yet. So far, the best I can do is photograph an HD-TV screen!
(BTW: I'm NOT looking for the Roxio-supplied standard menu background template images - I know where they are. I'm looking for the actual customised menu created from (i) my OWN background image, superimposed with (ii) the thumbnail images from my video clips and (iii) chapter titles that Toast 10 assembles and put on the BD - which, of course, might even run to two or more pages, if I use six or more chapters!)
