0 tekie
I've already applied Creator 2009 SP3 which now lets me run Roxio Central but when I try to run Creator Classic it crashes my system and it restarts itself. I've also done the clean install method with the same results. You have the SP3 tucked away somewhere? You can run it after the install.

Before you uninstall, go to msconfig, click on the Startup tab, uncheck anything Roxio, click Apply, then OK, then reboot, and go through the clean install instructions.
