Question

After uninstalling and reinstalling Creator 2009. I kept getting and error when trying to run Roxio Central after installing Creator 2009 SP3 I was able to have it run :) . When ever I try to run Creator Classic it crashes XP and restarts my system

I'd appreciate any help on this issue.

Download, and install, the SP3 patch for Creator 2009.

I've already applied Creator 2009 SP3 which now lets me run Roxio Central but when I try to run Creator Classic it crashes my system and it restarts itself.

I've also done the clean install method with the same results.

I can open both programs fine I also tried - BURN DATA DISC - ADVANCED

It tried to open Creator 11 once the app starts in the empty space it says { locating source files } and just crashes and restarts my entire system

Can you open VideoWave (Edit Video-Advanced) or MyDVD (Create DVDs-Advanced)?

No real choice since no one has ever found the fix it button… :(

Do the Clean Install, print it out and follow it through step by step to make sure you are not missing something.

You have the SP3 tucked away somewhere? You can run it after the install.

{ Loading source information, Please Wait } that's what it says I was able to see it quick enough when it restarted system again. HA HA.. ARG!

Not another clean install AHH ! ! ! :angry2:

Before you uninstall, go to msconfig, click on the Startup tab, uncheck anything Roxio, click Apply, then OK, then reboot, and go through the clean install instructions.
