robthedude
Shortly after I launch Toast 10 (this happened with Toast 9 as well), it hangs. I have to force quit it. I basically can't use it at all anymore. Anyone got any ideas?
tsantee
Try trashing the Toast plist and prefs files in your User>Library>Preferences folders. What Mac do you have?
digitalsylvie
I have the same problem. I trashed Toast prefs but problem persist. I just cannot use either Toast 9 or 10. It hangs on startup or I get a kernel panic on burn. I'm using a MBP Unibody (end 2008) and am running 10.5.6. Anyone has any idea?
evomommy
Solved issue! I had the same problem, I went into Hard Drive, Library, Application Support, Roxio ... take out the 2 files: TDIXController.kext and TDIXSupport (I just dragged them to the desktop to see if it would stop the hanging)... and voila, Toast opens up and I'm in business. I found the same issue happening with Toast 11, same procedure solved the problem. Hope it works for you too!!!
