After Upgrade Toast Disappeared

I downloaded the Toast 10 upgrade and when I dragged the folder to the applications folder I got the following message:

 

The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items.

 

And now Toast is no longer in the Toast 10 Titanium folder. It shouldn't be this difficult to do a simple upgrade. Where do I go from here?

Either rename the existing Toast 10 folder or drag it to the trash. Now copy over the one from the downloaded disc image file. You will need to re-enter your registration key the first time you relaunch Toast.

I followed your advice and it worked. I did, however, get a message saying that I was replacing Toast 10 with an older version, even though I thought this update is only days old. (This happpened before I deleted the old folder.)

Interesting. It should be okay. You can check the version number of Toast to see that it is 10.0.1.
