rambler
I have just purchased roxio creator 2009 special edition. Can I convert the tapes to dvd for my own personal use? We are full timers and storage space is at a premium! some are copy right protected, some other programs would not let me make copies. Salesperson claimed I could make one copy for my own personal use only which is fine with me. Rambler

gi7omy
Sales personnel are always after their 'rating' - the more they sell, the better they get on. Now how accurate their sales pitch may be is a totally different matter I've never heard any of them yet disagree with a customer Unfortunately 'copy protection' means exactly what it says - and it's illegal unfortunately to try to circimvenmt that (which is why Creator 2009 won't do it and nor will any other commercial app)
