Software Crashed My Computer

I installed this software on my laptop (Win XP) and got the following message: This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progrss and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT Authority/System. (Clock countdowns for 1 min). Message: Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedy.

 

The computer then restarts and then the message reappears again. I had to go into safe mode and it still did it. I pressed F8 again and chose to restart the computer to restore to an earlier date.

 

This sucks. I paid a lot of money for this and expect it to work the first time.

You have a virus. Google the net, for that error report, and you will get a ton of hits.
