Roxio Creator Premier Sd 10.2

I just received this Premier Creator 10.2 from Dell. I can,t register it with Roxio because they don,t list it. I can,t get help from Roxio because Dell sold it to me and Dell charges money to answer any guestions. The CD says it has about 568mb of info but I can never download more than about 350mb. I wanted to male a DVD of my hard drive for a security backup and it won,t evern do that. What is it with these products? What good is it if they trick you into buying from a 3rd party retailer like Dell if no one will help you or explain the product capabilities? Please help me someone.

You need to do your homework before you buy a product!

 

To do a backup of your entire hard disk, search Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost.

 

If you bought a product from the Roxio website there is a 30 day like it or return it policy....
