RonRock
Something has happened. When I open Windows Media Player to view a video. I get an installer open up and attempts to configure Sonic CinePlayer Pack. It runs to a point where it can not find a folder "CPDECPACK.msi" it searches my Temp folder and it is not there. I can cancel out and WMP works but how can I fix this? I have found Sonic CinePlayer in Add and Remove Programs in Control Panel, it has a Repair option. When I attempt a repair I see the same installer error. How can I find a working version of CPDECPACK.msi?
tbrewst
Do you have Cineplayer installed? If you installed Venue it installs an older version of Cineplayer. Do you have another Roxio product that installed a newer version? Something seems to have happened to the install. Try uninstalling it then running the Windows Install Cleanup Utility and if it finds an entry remove it.Now reinstall Cineplayer.

I have some Sonic programs installed that seem to have connection to Roxio. I do have Cineplayer installed as it shows in Control Panel but if I uninstall it where would I look for the installer to reinstall it? Is it part of some other program?
