Wont Let Me Burn

Stevy

Question

Im new to Roxio, but ive used other programs before with no problems, roxio was recomended to me by my brother.

But any way, when i try to burn a movie an error come up that says " The file you are trying to use cannot be eddited, and has not been added"

Im useing creator 2009, the movie files are .AVI, i tried to use Create DVDs and Create DVDs Advanced and both say the same thing. I have about 20 movies and they all work on my pc and i would like to have copies of them

Some help would be wonderful

Thank you,

Check that you have the correct codecs (use gspot)

Also- what is the source of the .avi files?

OK - what does gspot say about it?

Can they play in windows media player or Cineplayer?

One other point - if you have an OEM version, it's quite likely that it is crippled and won't handle the files - what version number do you have?
