Popcorn 3

cheryl Jenkins

Question

I'm not sure what happened. I asked a question, received a reply stating you needed more information and when I answered my file was closed. I have no error codes but after I install a DVD into my MAC it will not open in I-movie. Apple in Florida tried to help me but couldn't and Apple in Long Beach wouldn't try. They said no one in their store knew how to run Popcorn and it was a conflict of interest to try and help on a program that they sell but is not theirs.

I'm going to do a lot of guessing about what you've used Popcorn to do and what happened.

I'm guessing you put a unencrypted DVD or VIDEO_TS folder in the appropriate place in the Player section (such as DVD disc if the source is a DVD or VIDEO_TS Folders if the source is a VIDEO_TS folder). You clicked the Red button and chose AppleTV as the export format, since that is the default. When that was done you tried to import the video to either iMovie 08 or iMovie 09. However, you couldn't select the converted movie file because it was grayed out in the Import Movies window.

Do I have any of those guesses correct?
