Hi People, Having purchased the above product and then reading through the instructions to find out i needed to purchase more leads, i have now installed the software just to find my laptop then wouldn,t find the driver for the usb plug, ok no probs im a resonably patient person, thank god for this support page, i eventually found someone who had had the same problem and very kindly left the driver for me to download, great that works, now everything is working , i have audio and video but now the system is telling me i have no signal so i can play the tape through the pc but i cant capture it. please can somebody tell me where i have gone wrong.

Part of the install problem is that the device works the way that USB was intended to work - you plug it in and then install the drivers (for some reason MS and others decided to reverse the original system)

 

You plug it in with nothing installed - cancel the MS attempt at installing drivers and then install the drivers you have

 

Try uninstalling everything (including drivers) and start again and follow the instructions carefully

YEP ! Hopefully users will read these instructions before installing the software. And some forget they also have C2009 installed
