10.0 Support

I called Roxio Tech support the other day for help with my software problems and was told by the technician that they no longer support 10.0 and he offered to send me 9.0. He says 9.0 works better with XP systems, fewer problems. Just wanted to make you aware.

They offered to send you an even older version, EMC 9, which is also no longer supported??? You sure they weren't talking about the current version which is Creator 2009?

Creator 2009 is the current, most up to date version (under normal increments it would have been EMC 11 but they changed that for some reason )

Just received my Creator 2009 disk the other day. It installed perfectly and I have had no problems yet. I do think I need to get a new graphics card however. Any suggestions? I have a PCI slot and a 330 watt power supply.

With that power supply, a card that doesn't require extra power to it. They're getting difficult to find. I've looked myself. LOL
