Here is my latest problem with CD Spin Doctor 6.0.1...
I have mastered many of the workarounds described in these discussion forums, but they don't help me with a strange problem that I have started to encounter. I can record both sides of an album (approximately 40 minutes). The next step I take is to mark one track, then name and save the file. When it completes the save, it does so with maybe only about 1-1/2 of the songs. The rest of the songs are gone. I know what I am doing with Spin Doctor, as I have used it for two years now. I am not stopping or pausing the recording process. Does anyone have a fix for this truncated recording issue?
I have had multiple exchanges with Roxio Support, but they keep giving me fixes that don't work. It has gotten to the point where they are beginning to repeat some of the suggested fixes from earlier e-mails. I get the sense that I am getting the runaround to keep me occupied while they stall. Does anybody have a fix for my issue?
