Question

When clicking link on desktop or selecting from menu it giver error message it has encountered problen and needs to close and does not start the suite. Have uninstalled several times and it does not fix issue. opened ticket adn they have not responded. Have also unibstalled emc 10 as I had creator 10. When I OPEN vidio & convert it opens itunes and window that says it has encountered problem and needs to close Can anyone help? :blink:

Other people have solved the problem by removing ITunes. Have you updated it recently?

You can try a clean install to see if that will work. Make sure you reinstall to a clean computer (no malware) lots of free space and one that has been defragged recently. Turn off your anti-virus before installation.

 

The instructions are for XP, scroll down for Vista.

The Clean install worked with serivice pack. My life is good again. Thanks!!!!!!!

ITunes is the only program my husband uses. The rest of the computer is mine. Is there any other fix to stop it from happening? If not I'll try it.. :huh:
