grandpabruce
Hi: I have some additional Smartsound cds that I bought from Smartsound for another product. Is it possible to install and use these in C2009? Nyn I am not sure, but I would think that if you ripped them to your hard drive, they will work. If you are doing a production, in VideoWave, you wouldn't want to add them, from the CD, itself.
jeanrosenfeld
Yes. After copying them to your hard drive, and selecting Smartsound in Videowave, in the smartsound window that opens you can search local, they should then show up.
ggrussell
To make sure the files are copied correctly: OPen Videowave and create a new project Add video or panel Add background music Click SmartSound TAB At the bottom, click the SmartSound button Click the Libraries Button Click ADD Point that dialog box the the CD folder with the SmartSound Library The files should be copied to the correct folder. -- You can also just copy the files to the folder listed in the FOLDER TAB or even change the folder. If you change the folder, make sure you 'rebuild' the SmartSound database on the first Tab.
