iwish1318 Posted March 13, 2009 Report Share Posted March 13, 2009 I recently got my computer out of the shop. My hard drive was reformatted. I reinstalled CD Creator 5 on my computer. Now it wants me to reregrister myself again! When I do, it says that my email address is already on file (from the 1st time I registered the product) and when I try to login, it says that I have not changed my password and when I try to get a new password emailed to me, I get the error message that there is no longer any support!
