iwish1318
I recently got my computer out of the shop. My hard drive was reformatted. I reinstalled CD Creator 5 on my computer. Now it wants me to reregrister myself again! When I do, it says that my email address is already on file (from the 1st time I registered the product) and when I try to login, it says that I have not changed my password and when I try to get a new password emailed to me, I get the error message that there is no longer any support! Please help!!!
REDWAGON
Is it possible to just by pass or cancel out of the registration notice and have the program run correctly ?? Many programs have the registration option screen come up, but if you just cancel out of that option and continue the installation the program runs just fine. Frank... Brendon
You only need to register the program once, and that's basically only to give you an identity to log on to this board with. You're here, so that's fine. Registration or not has no effect on how your Easy CD Creator 4 or 5 actually work. Don't worry, be happy.
