Uninstall And Clean Install

I am having problems with uninstalling creator 2009 after having some problems with the program not runing due to lack of permission.

It will not uninstall using the vista control panel and I cannot run the clean install program as an error appears that says there is a script error and permission in denied.

therefore I have a program on my computer i cannot remove and cannot use as it does not work properly can anyone help please

Perhaps you are not an administrator. If you are running VISTA then go to the Control Panel and select user account and check to see if you have administrator authority. Also, go to the Control Panel and select security and turn off UAC. Then try the clean install procedure.

I am an adminstrator and wondered if it could be the mcafee that i have on my computer

Does any one have any suggestions?

In addition i wondered if The update pack 3 would improve things but it will not download i can access the page but when i click on download it goes to the page askes to click on the alert bar at the top when I do this and ask for it to download all i get is a blank page.

Redownload the clean install procedure it may be corrupt. Temporarily disable McAfee and then run the clean install procedure. Do not skip any steps or add any steps. If McAfee has a registry cleaner, be sure to have it ignore Roxio and Sonic entries.
