Question

hi=)

I have just received my Roxio 2009, but when I try to install the program shuts down and i get the error that the Setup Application dont answer.

The error message appears right after i put in the serial and chose the destination for the install

I have previously had Roxio 10 it installed just fine,

but now that I try to install Roxio 10 again,it gets the same error message on the same location.

this did not happen before?

What is my pc's problem?

anyone now how to fix it?

its something like

Something more specific would help! Use the link below and read through the pinned posts at the top of the page. I would try the Clean Install For C2009, posted by Jim Hardin....Use the same Clean Install for reinstalling your Roxio EMC 10 if you want..

http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showforum=196

I will move this post to the C2009 Installation/Uninstallation/Update, forum....Look for it there in the future...
