I just purchased Creator 2009 and downloaded 3 files 2 exe. files FN56IA50R13_Creator2009_11.0.exe and FP20FZS0SQA_EMC11Content_7Lang.exe. Neither will launch. I cnt begen to install Creator. can you help me? I was directed by support to install the service pac but you have to have installed the Creator first.

Not much information in your post. What happens when you click on the first file? What error message do you get?
